THE Blue Door Restaurant- who's chef, Claude Troisgros is flown in weekly from Brazil. His menu artfully melds Florida ingredients with haute cuisine. The Blue Door is an elegant critically acclaimed, full service restaurant featuring outstanding French cuisine in an atmosphere found in only the best restaurants in the world.
Dine on fresh Maine lobster served in a coconut. Fist-sized shrimp with tempura-fried leeks and tangy pomegranate sauce is wildly and deservedly popular. Ditto for the ethereal passion fruit crepe souffle.

THE David Barton Gym- is a lavish display of elegance and panache. Where else would you find white easy chairs and orchids among the exercise equipment? If you're looking for a more serious workout, David Barton's mirror-lined gym provides free weights and a collection of modern weight machines. The expanded room across the hall contains lifecycles and treadmills to get your heart pumpin'. Qualified staff instructors will provide help with the equipment or tailor a personal training session for you. Check out the extensive class schedule for a Yoga or Tai Chi class on the hotels' own private beach.
THE Aqua Spa - is a full service rooftop spa boasting rejuvenating treatments from around the world. This rooftop bathhouse and solarium that bring luxury spa treatments to a new level.
THE Water Salon - a large heated outdoor pool with a spacious sundeck. A 'vanishing-edge' swimming pool where chairs appear to sit in the water, and not around it; and cozy pool-side bungalows where the possibilities for a truly moving experience are endless.
